On Tuesday, April 21, Fr. Greg Boyle, SJ will give a talk at the University of St. Michael’s College on the power of radical kinship.
Fr. Boyle is the founder and director of Homeboy Industries, which employs and trains former gang members in a range of social enterprises, as well as provides critical services to thousands of men and women who walk through its doors every year seeking a better life.
He is the author of the 2010 New York Times-bestseller Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion and the 2017 Los Angeles Times-bestseller Barking to the Choir: The Power of Radical Kinship. A reception and book-signing will follow Fr. Boyle’s presentation.
This talk is being presented in partnership between the University of St. Michael’s College and the Catholic Education Foundation of Ontario.
